Chia seeds 250g

Chia seeds are a variety of sage from Central and South America. They are consciously cultivated in the lands of the ancient Inca culture. There, chia seeds have been known for more than 5,000 years as a food of high nutritional value. Specifically, they are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber and beneficial fatty acids with a high percentage of omega 3. They can be consumed by mixing them with fruit or vegetable juices, muesli, yoghurt, bakery products and sauces. A very common way to eat them is to soak them in water, milk, or vegetable drink for about 15 minutes and add fruit or cocoa.
